Donut levels

Hi guys stopped playing for a little while and now I forgot what I’m doing, how am I able to make better donuts? I’m currently only able to make 2 star level ones but I really want to progress into the game. Are the dlc mission different from the main game ones?

My ferritin levels have been like this for years combined with low Vit D. Supplements don’t do anything. Gp doesn’t seem concerned and just tells me to see pharmacist for supplements. Shall I push for better treatment?

I’m sure when these dropped they were £80, on the US site there $80 £100 for one hoodie is ridiculous especially when I’ve heard match quality isn’t as good as it used to be :(
