I’m getting my hysterectomy next week (omg) but I am keeping my ovaries, but still want to be able to track my cycle since I have other issues that flare with my menstrual cycle and have Pmdd. What device is best for this? I’ve been looking at the oura ring but it is pretty expensive I’d like to find something cheaper.
So, I’m getting a hysterectomy soon but will be keeping my ovaries so I will still have a hormonal cycle but won’t bleed. I have always liked tracking my cycle as I have Pmdd and endometriosis and other health issues that my cycle affects but it will be hard to track when I don’t bleed. I was looking at getting the oura ring but found the ringconn and it’s cheaper.
I am also mildly interested in the other features especially sleep tracking as I have UARS (similar to sleep apnea). Exercise and heart rate features are cool too.
Is the ringconn good for this? Is there another ring or device I should be considering?
