I decided to get a few up close photos of the Sneezeweed around my apartment complex and tried redrawing it. Ill need to do a lot of practice. I like how stylized the original is but the second at least looks slightly more realistic.
I would love your thoughts and suggestions. Im very much just an occasional doodler and want to.get a little better even if it stays simple.
I have been trying to think of different things I can add to my penpal letters. One thing I was thinking is a little piece of drawn art of whatever I see. Today I decided on a flower called Sneezeweed. They grow all around my apartment complex.
I would love some other ideas to add to my penpal letters. Im already thinking of bookmarks, pressed leaves and flowers, spells for the witchy folks i write, food recipes, and painted mini landscapes.

A little bit about me: I am a witch and a furry. I have interests ranging from reading, writing, paranormal investigation, watching ghost shows and crime shows, nature, art, video games and I get excited for the occasional sudoku or fill in puzzle.
I have actually been attempting to write a book but its been slow moving so maybe having some other aspiring writers would help and I could help too!
I am an amateur witch and also amateur ghost investigator so I would be happy to chat with anyone on their own paths regarding either of those. Im also learning to cook so if you have a simple delicious recipe I might consider trying it out!
Ive actually only been on one ghost investigation so far and I have not gotten much equipment yet but the group I joined seems like a good fit.

I like to make my envelopes stick out a little when I send out my penpal letters. Figured it was nicer for my penpals to get something other than a white envelope like the bills.
Ive also started doing book marks too so when I have a pen friend who likes to read i'll send them one. My current struggle is finding unique leaves near my new home so fingers crossed I find some nice parks with plenty of trees!
Any suggestions on flowers that might work? Ive tried a few and havent found anything yet.
Went to take the dogs out but heard the rain coming down. There was a water spout in the river nearby that I was unaware of u til the next day.
So about a month ago I had snapped a quick video of this crazy storm. There was detritus and even hail. I honestly wonder how close to having a tornado it was.
I notice this area gets a lot of interesting weather. I always see really cool cloud shapes and such.
