Not a farmer, but I've a question for dairy farmers

Hello all.
Firstly I must appologise for this but I kind of want to know now.

So this morning I was working at an event where a Dairy Farmer was giving a speech and I just have one question that I was unable to ask.

Do dairy farmers get decensatised to seeing cows? Or do you still have the same excitement each morning when you walk past and see them?
As every time I'm driving anywhere, be in road motorway or even on TV I see a cow and have to announce their presence.

Cramp whilst playing

Hello all.
So I’ve joined a goth covers band (yay, applause, nice one bruva) so I’ve gone from 30/45 minute sets in a old school death metal band to two sets a night about 50/45 minutes each.

Last night was my first “gig” with them as it was a live rehearsal. Everything’s going sound then suddenly 4th song of second set I get a weird feeling in my hip, then it moves to my thigh and calf slowly over the next 7 song.

Not sure if I just needed a touch more space as my posture wasn’t the best causing the cramp or I’m just rather tired from work.

But my question is what do you do to ward off cramp and bothers when playing?

Vision mixing with Canon 7D and 5D?

Hello all.
I've recently bought a second Canon 7D to go with my other 7D and 5D mkii. Just what I like to use as it works for me.

I was thinking of some idea's to film with all of them and was wondering if anyone knew of any vision mixing type thing I could use?

Like taking the HDMI out from each camera into something to view what each camera see's on one screen, rather than having to go back and forth between them all. similar to the old school multiplayer set up on a N64.

Google has suggested the black magic ATEM Mini.
which I've no clue about.

I also hae a Lumix GH4 if that helps or confuses things.
