I have been single all my life and every time I see a happy couple of any type even if it’s straight or a same sex couple I get this immense feeling of sadness anger and jealousy because while I haven’t had that sort of love yet it can just come for everyone expect for me it feels like and sometimes it just seems unfair

For example not that long ago I had seen a horrible racist man in a relationship with a woman who in my opinion checks all my boxes and when I saw them I felt extremely jealous and it eventually it lead to me having thoughts about causing harm to the couple because in my mind it was completely unfair and unjust because how how can this man who causes harm to others fall in love so easy and I’m still alone it just doesn’t make sense to me anymore

I also haven’t felt comfortable talking about how lonely it gets sometimes and I also put blame on myself too as I know for a fact it’s my fault I can’t get into a relationship because I have autism so I’ve always struggled socially in some way so I don’t talk to anyone unless spoken too

Please just tell what the next steps are I just physically can’t take it anymore

When I first started puberty I use to masterbate a lot cause of hormones and stuff but that’s not the point I would always feel horrible and guilty every time I would do it but I still did it and like a year ago I kinda just got bored

Now what I mean by this is I just thought

“Huh you know this is kinda of boring now since I’ve done it some much”

I think it’s cause in my opinion when you masterbate once it feels the same every time so theres not really pleasure therefore I just got bored and stopped completely

I don’t know like is this more and has this happened to anyone else and can it happen with other sins also?

Yea just either tell me or say a story I can relate to cause I need answers right now
