Wilmington Brew Works and Brew Works North Events

Hey friends. Don't let the dog days of summer get you down! We've got a few events coming up at Wilmington. Brew Works on Miller Road and Brew Works North up on Marsh Road that you might be interested in!

MONDAY 8/17 - Magic the Gathering open play at Brew Works North

TUESDAY 8/18 - Social Brews at Brew Works North. A night to meet new friends.

MONDAY 8/24 - SKEE-BALL Open Tournament at North. Roll away the Monday blues!

THURSDAY 8/27 - DCH House Plant Bingo in the Alamo Room

THURSDAY 8/27 - B-Movies at the Brewery! 10:15pm feature: The Creature from the Haunted Sea!

Plus regular events!

  • Turntable Tuesdays at Miller slinging vinyl
  • Blind Date Cornhole Tournaments Wednesdays (for the next few weeks) at Brew Works North
  • Trivia each Wednesday at Miller Rd with Dark Star BBQ
  • Nerd Night Fourth Wednesday of the month at Z Miller Rd
  • Live music every Friday and Saturday at WBW.

Cornhole & Darts Tournaments - Brew Works North Rookie Party

Brew Works North has been rocking now for a whole year! We're celebrating THIS SATURDAY (6/27) with a Keep the Pint (featuring our rookie card!) and two tournaments with awesome prizes. Plus - Dark Star BBQ will be here and we'll have Mad Pretzels as well! Come out and play!

1pm - Cornhole Open

  • Registration: Advance registration only. Registration closes the day before the tournament. Register in person or online by Friday!
  • Format: Double Elimination, single pool, 16 team maximum (min 6).
  • Cost: $20 per team.
  • Prize Structure: 85% of buy-in to prize pot.
    • 1-6 teams: Winner takes all.
    • 7-11 teams: Top two payout (66% to 1st, 33% to 2nd).
    • 12-16 teams: Top three payout (3rd place gets buy-in back, remaining 66% to 1st, 33% to 2nd).

7pm - Bullseye Bout

  • Registration: Advance registration only. Registration closes the day before the tournament. Register in person or online by Friday!
  • Format: Singles only, double elimination, two brackets (Casual & Competitive). 12 players/bracket max, 8 min.
  • Cost: $10 per player
  • Prize Structure: 
    • Competitive Bracket Prizes: 
      • 1st - $50 cash + BWN Chunky Chain Trophy
      • 2nd - $20 Gift Card
      • 3rd - $10 Gift Card.
    • Casual Bracket Prizes: 
      • 1st - $30 cash + BWN Chunky Chain Trophy
      • 2nd - $15 Gift Card
      • 3rd - $10 Gift Card.

Fun events at WBW and Brew Works North!

Hey all.... Trying to share some fun events we've got coming to Wilmington Brew Works & Brew Works North!

WBW (Miller Rd)

  • Trivia is back on Wednesdays! After a short break to retool, we're back each week on Wednesdays at 7pm!
  • This Thursday is Thrasher Thursday at Miller Rd in the Alamo Room. Hardcore, Punk and Metal Vinyl! 6pm.
  • Live Music in the Beer Garden every Friday and Saturday Night! (Moves indoor if weather sucks)
  • Pride Drag Bingo with Jolene Cuisine June 18th!
  • Houseplant Bingo with DCH on June 25th!

Brew Works North (Marsh Rd)

  • Magic Game Night (Commander) 1st & 3rd Mondays. (So playing on June 1....) Free to play! (Just remember we're 21+ during the week).
  • Been interested in learning to play Magic? Jun 8th is learn to play night. $5 fee covers instructor beers, plus get a welcome gift from the Comic Book Shop!
  • New to the Area? Or Just want to get out? Tuesday June 9th is Make a New Friend night. Curated for making platonic Connections!
  • Finally, we'll be at showing Every World Cup game at North (assuming they are on during normal business hours!) come watch with a group!
