Is this worth it? At what concentration does it have any effect? I saw 2% costs around €20 on Amazon.de. Thinking of asking my sister to get it for me for my birthday, but I'm open to suggestions for any other other skin lightening creams.
The one I have in mind is from The Ordinary, 2%. There's a Chinese one that is 7% but the reviews are terrible.
