I don't think so, but I wouldn't be surprised if Tenma could win. I don't understand powerscaling.
It's not my best performance in the level with these conditions by miles, but it's the one I managed to record.
On one hand, a character based on Chara could showcase more characterization aspects, their relationship with Ralsei could parallel the relationship of Chara and Asriel, could show more information for things that didn't get much attention with Chara (ex: their life before their fall), and thinking about it, considering how more content about Chara started to emerge, an appearance of a Chara inspired character wouldn't be out of nowhere.
on the other hand, Chara depending on another character from another story to get a "conclusion" wouldn't be the most satisfying choice for it, plus this would somewhat harm Flowery because he would be seen as a Deltarune version of Chara and not as his own character.
This post kind of follows the hypothesis that this character would explore everything that wasn't explored with Chara before death, which obviously isn't the only way that could happen, but it's precisely in that way that you can see the good and bad things in this idea.
the joke is that all the characters are dead implying that Tunisia was too.

Hope this become a reaction image
I'm not complaining, especially since it's possible I won't even use it, even if it's this strong.
