Spend $500, Get $500 promotion did not work!
I need some help. I tried Reddit ads for the first time and was excited about it. I got a promotion to spend $500 and then get $500 credit in ads. I made sure to activate the promotion when starting to create my first ad, and even remember seeing a little window thing pop up saying that it had been activated and then it faded away.
I created my first ad, spent about $40-$50 a day, and then it just blew past the $500 and kept charging me. I caught it at about $650 spend, but the $500 credit never showed up. I need help getting this fixed!
It's really a bummer because the ad was working pretty good and I was excited to keep using Reddit for ads, but with this situation I am likely not going to just out of principal on what happened. If it's able to be fixed, I will keep doing ads here. But if not, I hope others see this and choose not to as well.
