I went to appointment yesterday, long train ride, sitting walking. Was in a lott of pain by the time i arrived home.
Left side has huge swelling, and looks to hang a lot lower.

Varicoelectomy with loupe left side only

I fucked up and ate 590mg+ thc edibles for the past week.
I should go but i dont know if its good idea. Right side hss been feeling weird but urologist saw nothing there.
I finally released my oversctive lowerback and it felt great.
I wonder if i might have some underlying issue too
