I received an acceptance letter from CUHK based on my predicted grades. Their requirement was AAB for the IAL results, but I actually got ABC.

Do you think I might still be allowed to enroll? My portal currently says “Under Consideration,” and when I called them, they said they would send me an email.

I’m really anxious because if CUHK doesn’t accept me, I’ll have to attend another university, so I really need to know as soon as possible.

Based on seniors’ experiences, what do you think is likely to happen?

"Are people receiving admission offers from HKU these days? I applied back in November, but my status is still showing 'Under Review.' I think I might need to choose another option. Do they send a rejection email if you aren't accepted? Also, I would like to know about the situation regarding applying for Permanent Residency (PR) in Hong Kong.
I have already sent two inquiry emails, and they replied saying that there is a large volume of applicants. They even mentioned that if I send another email, they won't reply anymore."
