I’m a student, and I have class 3 days a week, I was told if I can’t fulfill 5 days a week of work even as a part timer, I would have to forfeit my part time status and lose my benefit? Can anyone explain. I still am available 4 days a week and am able to do 32 hours
I have a sales floor supervisor that makes off handed comments about my sexuality. For full transparency I am straight, and he knows that, but has always been an ally. He’s come up to me multiple times stating how our month is coming up, June which is pride month. I’ve also questioned why some people think I’m gay, as well as pried to ask why he says that and he’ll come back with “because you’re gay”.
He’s been known to retaliate and lie to weasel his way out of things, he’s even gone as far to claim a co-worker called him a homophobic slur, which was 100% false and there were messages to prove it.
Any advice because if I report it as anonymous it’ll still be easy to narrow down who it is.
