[Request] How large a telescope would you need to study Earths past from 130 light years away?
Related to a silly question on a star trek sub.
If in 130 years humanity invented significantly faster than light travel, put a telescope 130 light years from earth and wanted to study the earth of today, how large would an optical telescope need to be to see useful details on the earths surface? (lets say 1 meter resolution)
