Hello,
I’m a 2025 Computer Science graduate currently working as a Specialist Programmer. I completed my training in .NET Full Stack (ASP.NET Core, Angular) and have also been learning and working with Agentic AI using Semantic Kernel.
Unfortunately, I’ve been on the bench for the last 2 months. Most of the project opportunities I’m getting mapped to require 4–5 years of experience, making it difficult for me to get allocated despite being ready to contribute.
Prior to my current organization, I worked from May 2025 to November 2025, where I gained hands-on experience with:

Backend Development
