Finish plane camber help

Edit - update - I GOT IT!!! FINALLY!!!! Thank you all for your help. I ended up rounding corners off with a bastard file, but then i ALSO cambered it more for good measure. That was a mistake. My shavings were like 20% width of my plane. I reground the bevel up, kept the corners rounded. Turns out all i needed was to round the corners heavily.

New to hand planes, been struggling with plane tracks for a long time on my finish plane. First problem i think was not knowing how to properly center the blade. I think i finally got that down (i went the pay-to-win route with the i gage plane depth thing).

I cambered my plane blade, but it was still reading .0015 at the center and like .0005 or .001 at the ends. Most guides/videos say "just a couple strokes at a high grit is all you need for finish plane". I tried that and it did nothing, so i went back and did 10-15 strokes on my 120 shapton and have a more visible camber, but its still only .001 or .0005 difference from center to end. Is that enough? I barely move thr lateral adjuster one way or the other and get plane tracks on the side i move it to. Im using pmv-11 so maybe just needs more grinding? The very first time i tried i way over cambered it and had to regrind bevel for a bit (not fun on pm v 11).

Looking for tips, tricks, ways to measure, experiences, and, if you have the time, photos of your finish plane bevel cambers. Gonna try to grind a bit more until i have a .003 difference from end to center, trading some shaving width for ease of setup until i get the hang of it.

Sorry for long post, ive gone to local ww guild a few times to work with hand tools ppl, watched videos, read guides, man i just wanna enter beautiful planed finish nirvana and never sand again. Thank you

Trellis update

Posted photos of a trellis i made the other day, and ppls suggested i connect them across the top so they dont get knocked over by the wind. So, by popular demand, i did. All the wood is western red cedar finished with penofin red.
