Anyone ever go out on workers comp for workplace stress?

Need advice from someone who’s experienced. My flange size keeps changing. I use a 15 one day it’s comfortable, one day a 13 is comfortable, one day a 17 is comfortable. I sometimes have to massage my boobs to get all the lumps out while pumping it’s almost as if my nipple doesn’t want to let the milk out. When I hand express I have no issue. My areolas are always swollen and my nipples fold when I pull my bra back up when I am finished pumping. How do you figure out flange sizing on wearables?
What are signs of nipple damage that I should look out for?

Anyone here report something to OER ADID? What was your experience? How long did the investigation take? Did you have to provide documentation?

Anyone on here know how it works in regards to a supervisor retaliating against you for reporting them for discrimination? Reported my supervisor to OER for discrimination, after months they just spoke to me recently and now I am dealing with constantly getting knit picked. What do I do? I’m on probation so I’m nervous. I have a lot of evidence regarding that I was treated differently as she was telling HR things that weren’t true.
