Advise for someone doing their first tag/garage sale

I need some advise. I’m doing my first garage sale ever. You guys are the experts when it comes to buying! I have read a bunch of stuff about tag sales and still have some questions. So please tell me what are your tips, as buyers, for someone like me. I have questions like:

  1. How to price things so they sale right away. I have a lot of baby/toddler items, a lot of clothing for adults and kids, some kitchen/home items and books. I’m not selling any furniture but I have large items like double strollers, high chairs, etc.

  2. What do you look for in a seller? What makes them a good seller in your opinion.

  3. What do you hate at a yard sale?

  4. What are essential items for a seller to have?
What are non essential items but it would be nice for the seller to have them.

  5. How do I bundle a price when someone is buying a few items together?

I would really appreciate all and any advise since you guys are the experts! Thank you so much!
