I'm currently in 2nd sem of MCA, it's been kind of hard for me to stick to it even though I'm sure I want to go for PhD. I have been procrastinating for far too long and I had convinced myself that I'd give the exam for practice in June but I didn't even do that because I haven't prepared at all. Now I just have a year left of my PG and I really want to clear in during my PG, because the uncertainty of post degree is hard

Sorry if this is not relevant to this subreddit. My sister was trying to pay the fees (₹6,150) for her FMGE examination and she sent a screenshot of the auto generated payment QR for ₹6150 to my mother on WhatsApp. Seems like WhatsApp has a shitty issue where if the amount is above ₹2,000, it prompts you to pay just ₹2,000, even for autogenerated QR Codes with a fixed amount, it prompts you to change. My mother, not thinking much just paid the ₹2,000 and the payment failed obv. We made another payment of ₹6,150 on the FMGE website because the deadline is today.

How do we go about getting a refund of the ₹2,000?

The website was using SBI payment gateway. Should we contact our own bank, or SBI or the examination website?

Basically title. Learner's License is expiring in a week and in Srinagar RTO, there are no slots available till July.

Edit: Have paid the slot fees in parivahan but it doesn't let you specifically apply for the LL About to expire special quota. It says to approach RTO but I'm not sure about the procedure
