I’m having a frustrating issue with WhatsApp Business on iOS and I’m hoping someone here might have a workaround or solution.

Despite having plenty of iCloud space available (around 800GB) and a rock-solid Wi-Fi connection, I cannot get WhatsApp Business to complete a backup. When I try to start it, it gets stuck on "Backing up..." and "Preparing..." for a while, and then the app just randomly crashes and closes.

Here is some important context that might help diagnose the problem:

1. Personal WhatsApp works fine: On this exact same iPhone and iCloud account, my personal WhatsApp backs up perfectly fine without any issues.
2. The Android-to-iOS factor: Both my personal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business were originally transferred from an Android device to this iPhone using a third-party tool called Wondershare MobileTrans. (Personal WA works, Business is the one failing).
3. Everything is updated: Both the iOS version and the WhatsApp Business app are fully updated to the latest versions.
4. The backup size is small: The total backup size is only 2.31 GB, so it’s definitely not a storage issue.

I've already tried restarting the phone and toggling iCloud Drive off and on, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone experienced this specific issue, especially after using MobileTrans? Any suggestions on how to fix this without losing my chat history?

TL;DR: WhatsApp Business backup on iCloud gets stuck on "Preparing" and crashes the app. I have 800GB free on iCloud. The chats were previously transferred from Android via Wondershare MobileTrans. Personal WhatsApp works fine. Help!
