After literal months and months of practice, from swallowing 9 16mm marbles (which I nearly choked), to 100 pony beads in one go, to swallowing 15 10mm marbles, to swallowing 15 15mm beads, to finally getting down 15 16mm marbles safely and with barely any problems!!!!
