I need a mon that will absolutely dissuade anyone from bringing a milotic ever, because its a really good counter to my MB4 team (https://pokepast.es/aa03cbc7b54c8b59). I'd replace Vivillon with this new dedicated MIlo counter.

Here's who I've thought of:

1. Chesnaught - best option on paper, because it's fully invested woodhammer is the only move that I've found that OHKO's milotic. Problem is it would be good for almost nothing else. I already have 3 weaknesses to fairy on the team, and it'd need a trick room setup. Plus milo's scald can burn it.
2. Gallade - he's already on the team. However sun boosted charge blade, evne with 125 BP and a 50% boost from sharpness, still only does like 75 - 90% of health. Plus opponent probably won't know that, so they think they can still bring it.
3. Manectric - would take advantage of Milo's lower defense stat, but it's intimidate ability would trigger Competitive if mega'd. Also I would never want to spend my mega on it, although the opponent might not know that.
4. Ampharos - same problems as Manectric
5. Mega Meganium - fully invested solar beam doesn't OHKO
6. Rotom W - feels a bit passive, maybe I'm wrong?
7. Meowscarada - could do the trick, although flower trick doesn't OHKO
8. Sinistcha - people say it hard counters it but not sure with what set?

Here are my questions:

1. Are there any other options?
2. Should i play around it with fake out + roar or something?
3. What is the most common milotic set to run (coil + scald + ice beam + ???)
