Because Mafia: Definitive Edition on PS5 and XBOX Series X|S is a new version of the game, it unfortunately does not track Trophies/Achievements you've earned for the Mafia 1 Remake on  PlayStation 4 or Xbox One respectively.

Current owners of Mafia: Definitive Edition on PS4 or Xbox One (physical or digital) can upgrade to the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions for FREE via the PlayStation or Microsoft Store on August 14.

The Mafia 1 remake will feature 60 FPS gameplay and technical improvements for current gen console players.

You won't be able to transfer save files from PS4 or Xbox One to PS5 and XBOX Series X|S.

Mafia: The Old Country Definitive Edition includes the Man of Honor expansion, and a variety of bonus items for your collection. It replaces the Deluxe Edition that is no longer available, as the Definitive Edition contains all of the Deluxe Edition content and more.
