Does anyone if something is happening with eflhosted. is there anyway of debugging this issue?

I was suppose to take 0.25mg, but accidentally took 1mg for my first time. I have started throwing up. Does anyone know what I can expect, like how many days will the throwing up happen. Is there anything I can do to prevent throwing up? What kind of a diet can I be on?
