Are PVR screens of different size

I am losing my mind. I want to book 2 tickets for Spiderman. My cousin insists that PVR Screen 1 (9 AM show according to him) is bigger than other screens. But all my research indicates that they are same screen but size of auditorium is different.

He also insists that Keshari Talkies screen size is same as PVR Screen 1. Though in my opinion Keshari Talkies audio is Cinepolis tier.
