Stats arent insults or propaganda just because you dont like it

No this isnt about the 50% stat or whatever. Look up uk unemployment rate and who are mostly unemployed. Is it men? women? those gen z? Millenials? Etc.

No, we shouldnt conclude anything but the results are here. We can ask why, but the out come is more important.

Same thing with the stats on male violence or infanticide. no one is saying every man, woman, senior, teen etc is doing it. But if say, a teen over represents on drunk driving maybe its time to say they are dangerous drivers. If 50% of texas or california (or take whatever state you dislike right now) is on welfare maybe its time to say the texans arent pulling their fair share.

Etc. Again its not propaganda if the stats show which group is not doing pro social behaviour more than their peers and conclude that group is doing something wrong.

Religions obsession with modesty is dumb

Especially since it only polices women.

Judaism. Makes women wear wigs. Its like saying nipples are bad but then putting fake nipples. Its like selling the bs that your special part is for someone special only. Like its fine if that's what you feel but when women who?

Same with the Christian going on about sex and marriage is a sacred thing that must never be broken. Humans were never like that. And its a harmless natural desire. To date and spend life with someone and then to move on. but Christians are obsessed with one sexual partner only narrative. You find it sacred but don't shame others that don't.

And don't get me started on Muslims too. If the whole deal is to "help men control themselves" and "its our divine duty to stop men from straying" then any time a man say "mashallah you are so beautiful in hijab" then it's time to take hijab off.

Religious men don't care about women. They get off on control. Plain and simple. I'm sure Hindus Sikhs etc too but these major religions are stupid.

Like actually tell me who gets hurt if two or three people consensually have sex or see bodies. Nothing.

CMV: Theres nothing wrong with not gaving religious exemption laws

Hope the Cmv is clear but essentially what I mean is that Korea, China and Japan do not have laws that grant religious people exemptions from work duties because of their religion. And I don't see a problem with that.

To me my view is that either you can do the job or you can't. Nothing is preventing you from doing it, you just choose not to.

I don't see it as any different to me thinking customers are annoying and I'd love to Spaz out at them. But I can't. that's just my preference.

one strong way to change my view would be to give me a necessary trait that is different from anything else that would necessitate religion requiring exemptions.

I've heard things like "deeply held beliefs" but so are so many things. Again like it is a deeply held belief that I think mean customers should be kicked out. But I can't just say its my deeply held belief and refuse to served mean customers and not get fired.

And let me add. I agree you should not just fire someone because they said "I'm Jewish, I'm gay I'm 52 years old etc" however the actions matter. If you refuse to do work because "it is my belief that 52 year olds shouldn't wear green" them that should not be protected by law.

So overall, I have huge disdain for our religious exemption laws. why should religion super cede existing policies or laws?

If work policy says everyone wears green but man says my religion says I can't wear green, generally his religious right in places like USA UK Canada overrides the companies right to have a policy. In China etc it does not exist. and I don't see why USA etc is better. I'd rather my country, Canada be like Japan China etc. It leaves a bad taste that some people get special treatment because they simply chose not to do something.

What is considered reasonable child noise?

Quiet time for us in my contract for the house (me down stairs, them upstairs) is 11-6.

I don't know what's going on upstairs but child will be running way past the time. I hear thump thump thump. The child is 2.

I called rtb board. Not very helpful.

So thought I'd ask. Is it against the rules if the child is running pass the quiet time?
