I'm not great at cooking and i dont really have any time to cook but this is my recent easy meals for dinner, might inspire the beginners like me 😔

Lmooohim i believe that food is very important for your glowing up journey!!! Many keep focusing on buying products, skin care products, hair products, vitamins or whatever but that's not how to invest in your health!

Food + Sleep are the roots of all the problems!

If you dont eat healthy food do nooot expect a good skin nor a healthy hair.

Same with sleep and I'm saying that with real experience, as I've been on average 3h of sleep each VS long periods of sleep and tell me why my skin got sooo alive back then ( rn i cant get enough sleep again 🫩)

(Ignore the monster drink that's not healthy😂)

Little budget oily skincare for the fellas

Helluuuz! I really like this sub, so I thought I'd share my simple skincare routine. It only covers the basics tho, and I think it's a good starting point for anyone.

I recently got a pretty bad sunburn and ended up with some hyperpigmentation. For the first two days, my skin was burning and peeling as heck, this routine helped me to get rid of that in 2 weeks :>

Nighty nights routine🌒:

  1. CeraVe Cleanser (small) : I don't really support the brand, but I haven't found a better alternative yet. ~110 dh, I think.

  2. Differin : right after washing ur face, wait for it to become completely dry ans apply just a tiny amount (Check dermatologist applying tutorial bcz it may give u reverse results if not applied correctly) ~60 dh?

  3. CeraVe Moisturizer: Right after the Differin. ~110 dh?

Noche routine w kda ☀️:

  1. Wash ur face with water: 0 dh

  2. CeraVe Moisturizer

  3. Uriage Sunscreen (a must) ~150 dh

(That little Uriage cleanser in the picture is a travel size one that I really like. Pretty convenient if you're always on the go.)

  1. Carmex lip balm (i mean take care of those lips too🫩) ~40 dh

One thing : the CeraVe moisturizer doesn't always layer well with the Uriage sunscreen. You need to let the moisturizer absorb completely before applying sunscreen, otherwise it starts to pill.

El total del money: ~470 dh

Anyway, this routine has given me real results, so I thought I'd share it in case it helps someone!

Cordialement.
