What’s the dumbest mistake you’ve made at work?

I’ve been hosting my apartment for a while now and I honestly didn’t expect the “admin side” to take over my life. At the beginning it felt simple, list it, get bookings, done.
But now I’m juggling availability across multiple platforms, answering the same questions over and over, and constantly worrying that I forgot to update something somewhere.
I’m wondering how others here handle this part of hosting long-term. Do you stick with managing everything manually, or have you moved to tools that centralize bookings and communication? What’s actually worked for you without creating new headaches?
