How far in advance can I request PLOA?

I think some people took, in my building, took PLOA during Prime. They probably put the request in before the blackout dates were. I’m thinking of doing that for a portion of Peak

So last night I was in vna stow for the first period. While going on break I look at the labor board that showed I was being labor shared to ship dock after break. I told the AM and PA I was just going to go home.

They mentioned the 2 hour notice and I said ”sorry”. Is there anything they can do about it?

North Star

What is leaderships’ obsession with North Star? In VNA stow, I had barrel items mixed in with my Library items. Instead of rescanning North Star, I just went to the barrels and stowed the items. I get a message on my scanner to always use North Star when stowing

Working too fast?

Does having a rate way above the standard rate mess things up for the AM? Meaning the AM has to explain why one aa is crushing it while most others can’t even make rate.
