I’ve been gifted this leather couch, lots of cat scratches. Help!

i’m getting gifted this leather couch and matching recliner that’s been in the family, and from my late grandparents. but has lots of cat scratches now. we are moving from out of state with nothing and would love this memory of my grandparents and would love to restore its look.

any repair tips? I’ve been looking on youtube for leather repair but no idea where to start. i was thinking about a cover but the cushions do not come out.

What to do - going through many pairs of underwear

Hello my son who is almost 6 has Encopresis has been fully potty trained since 4. (level 1 autism)

We are not sure what to do anymore. We are going through underwear at a crazy rate, (most are beyond washing) not sure what to keep doing other than to keep buying more. Is there anything we can try? He takes fiber gummies and miralax when needed. he can be accident free for a week or have 4 accidents a day for days. His pediatrician isn’t too helpful just recommended miralax and a clean out miralax schedule when it gets bad.

Good bye

Replacing my iphone 12 mini today and why do i feel sad?? it’s been a fine phone, and i am not one to upgrade all the time. I’ve had it since it came out. My phone gets extremely hot, flashlight has stopped working completely, slow, and dies before 1%. I honestly could probably keep it longer but it’s time. Apple battery significantly degraded message but max capacity only at 76%

RIP.

Side note i’ve had family & friends say i need to upgrade wayy before issues even appeared- why do people feel the need to upgrade so often???!

How bad is this carpet repair?

Renters. Been here a couple years and on good terms with landlord. I haven’t glued it or set it down yet but should i give up now and hire a professional or is there any getting better than this? This was cat scratch damage and we move out next month.

This is a donor from a neighbor, but realized it much lighter and noticeable. I think they have a different shade as nowhere in the house is as light.

Ideas? Anyway to make it less noticeable?
