It was my understanding that we are not allowed to hoard $5 off $25 coupons or type in our numbers for customers so they could save. So why are people still doing it?

Do you people really all have to come at once? It makes it super hard when 2 people are scheduled and we have to take a break. Not fair that we don't get a break because people want to be jerks.

Does anyone have written out steps for counting down tills, till reconciliation and closing functions on the computer. I need help, I'm so lost and would like to be able to know how to do everything in case of an emergency.

Hey everyone, remember brown dots are on sale. Some of the throws are 60 cents, that's 90% off, not too shabby.

So we usually have 3 people closing on Saturdays. We do pretty good with us 3. On this particular day, the other great employee isn't scheduled and was replaced on the schedule by an incompetent employee who doesn't care and is always on their phone and another employee who is brand new, so I can't get anything done. On Saturdays of all days, why does the manager have to do this? I think that was a low blow.
