This is actual insanity...smh

I woke up a few days ago to see someone reported an order not delivered. I always try to take pictures even when they text me to leave it when it's a hand to me order. The other day I called support and they gave me vague information. Well today I tried again through chat and they gave me the date and time and said I actually sent proof in the chat. They said to look out for an email for follow up on this matter. But sending a picture in chat sounds like something I would do. I hope they weren't just telling me what I wanted to hear. Cause if that's not the case shame on them on preemptively sending me an order not delivered message with proof in chat

Can someone enlighten me?

I'm trying to make sense of it but how are people able to have a shopping speed of around 40 seconds. I've found items within 20 seconds and the app still says 60 after cause of checkout being included. I'll see the expected shopping time 12 minutes and do it in 5-6 depending on the number of items and it acts like I take minutes. Obviously I cant control sco lines or register lines. I'll scan the receipt immediately after getting it, if there is one but is ghost shopping or whatever the way? There is a creator who has around 40 seconds and does mostly costco , but how are you finding the items and checking out and averaging 39 seconds , to me that logic is averaging finding an item in 20-40 seconds and checking out in 20-40 seconds. To me I'd have to see someone full sprinting in a Costco to have those times but he seems to be speed walking at best. Anyway just curious no biggie, bored waiting on orders. Also do single item orders do more damage than bigger orders ? Is that really it ?
