Stuck on Oxygen 15. Can't update.

Would anyone be able to help me figure out how to update? I'm stuck on 15.0.0.861 and cannot update. Every time I try it says "Installation Problem".

I've tried going through Dev Options to set updates to apply when restarting, but still nothing. Does anyone have advice?

Need Help Deciding on 1st Scooter

Hello all, hope everyone is having a great day!

I'm looking into getting my first scooter and have up to $800 to spend. Ideally, I'd actually like to come in somewhere at the $400-600 range, but the extra couple hundred are there if need be.

I do have a few requirements being that the scooter can get 15-20 miles range on a charge, can gain decent speed (15-20mph is fine enough, but I don't mind a bit more speed. I have experience on dirt & mini/pit bikes), can tackle a decent hill, and has quality parts/customer service.

I do not like the handlebar-mounted turn signals, the ones that look like light caps right at the end of the bar. But i understand this is a common design, so I will make some exceptions.

After doing research for the past month, I've narrowed it down to these options.

1: Backfire M8 - Initial Choice

I am really drawn to the M8 (2x 1000w hub motors) due to its build quality. It's nice to know that the batteries are coming from a reliable source, comes with GPS/anti theft, and has good speed behind it. Side lights also look really cool! The only thing keeping me from pulling the trigger is the price tag being at the cap end of my budget & it maybe just being a bit too much (feature and speed wise) for my first scooter? Sidenote, the original Backfire Rover really pushes me away due to the turn signals.

2: Ausom Gosoul 2

Comes in at the 600 range & still maintains good speed & range. Biggest cons are the handlebar turn signals and the trigger throttle. Feel like it has almost all the bells & whistles (minus the dual motors) of the M8 with a simpler look/ cheaper price tag.

3: Navee GT3/GT3 Pro

Budget friendliest option coming in at $499 or $549 for the GT3 Pro. I'd more than likely go with the Pro for the extra range. They also promote premium batteries in their scooter. Out of the 3 options, this does seem to be the most beginner friendly option & keeps things pretty simple design wise.

I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on which I should go with. I am also very open to other suggestions as well, I am just a bit worried about cheap batteries. I used to build airsoft guns years ago & those LiPos like to get puffy... Thank you in advance for everyone's input & suggestions!!
