We aren’t new to Aruba, but I am new to this sub. We are big seafood people and it is probably the only thing we eat here. We have been coming to Aruba for 10 years. A lot has changed. We usually visit Red Fish, zeerover, Fish House, Anker Fish and Fisherman. Any better suggestions than the ones I listed? We are here for few more days. Thank you.
Finally got the leather band on.
Parts needed and ordered directly through zenith
- Zenith leather band
- Titanium clasp v2
- Titanium end links.
A bit of rant and I need help.. I got my Defy El Primero 21 skeleton with titanium bracelet and have been really enjoying it. As any other watch in my collection, I like to have the freedom to change bands for different looks. This Zenith isn’t friendly at all. I purchased a band, clasp and had to purchase different end links as well.
Now that I removed the titanium band, I have to remove the end links and replace them with the titanium end links for the leather band. It is very hard to get to those screws because they are in an angled position. It really shouldn’t be this complex to replace a band on a watch.
Any tip or advice is really appreciated. Thank you.
This bracelet is a pain. I really wish it has micro adjustments. One link off or on is too loose or too tight. Everything else about the watch is amazing.

When would you consider taking your watch in for service? .. I don’t have service record for my recently purchased El Primero 21. I placed it on my time grapher and the numbers are considered good.. Thoughts on those who are more knowledgeable is highly appreciated. Thank you.
Has officially arrived, along with the extra leather band I ordered. Thank you to those who gave me the advice to go directly through Zenith for the clasp. Here it is. Such a beauty to look at.
