i am wondering if i should let go of her now.

i am 18M and she is also 18. we have been on and off since year 11 when we were both 16, and idk ive never felt this attached to someone before. we have a lot of love for each other and i really do want a future with her but im not sure if im just saying this because shes my first everything. we have been in no contact a lot but we both hate it and we are "friends" now but we always say we love each other and theres a lot of romantic deep talks

although the most intimate thing we have done is kissed i still feel very deeply for her and we are almost finished with school now meaning i dont know whats to going to happen between us anymore as we move onto different paths

we are both going to different unis, and will have different lifes. i asked her yesterday she said when she was in a relationship w me she always felt this feeling in her stomach and she hated feeling that way, but she also said that it wasnt because of me, it was just issues she had. ive always tried to understand her because at the end of the day shes the women i want a future with but her uncertainty kills me. she also said she doesnt see herself being in a relationship with me, at least not in the near future but says she loves me a lot

i love her so much idk what to do

So I'm currently on a 2011, 27-inch iMac that is running macOS Monterey 12.7.6 using OCLP.

I have a update in the settings app for MacOS Tahoe 26.4.1 - but I know I shouldn't update straight from the settings app.

I was wondering what's the version I should go up to on this iMac - and how to go about updating to it without losing my data and files as well, thanks.
