Nice apartments in Bellevue Spring district

Hello, relocating to Bellevue soon and looking for nice 1b1b apartments in spring district, or downtown Bellevue. I am seeing Sparc, Arras and Amli. But would like to know if these are good for a spacious 1b1b. I will doing a remote job so need good space and quiet environment to work. Let me know if anyone can give some guidance or share their experiences.

My budget is between 2500-2800.

I don't want to go beyond 2800 but if thr apartment is really next level with super good amenities then i can stretch till 3k as well.

The only amenity i care about the most is gym, as i use it frequently, apart from it i need some space to go for evening and night walks so area should be safe, which i assume spring district already is.

Thanks

Amazon vs Reddit vs Snap

Hey, comparing 3 offers with the companies mentioned in the title and looking for help. All are MLE2 level positions, and I am on visa so stability is slightly more important than just TC

Amazon Prime Video:
TC : 285K with 175K base and their typical vesting schedule of 5%,15%, 45%, 35%
Work from office 5 days in Seattle, good immigration support, and generally 3 months time on payroll in case of layoffs

Snap:

TC : 415K with 200K base and 215K equity per year, for the first 4 years

Work from office 4 days a week in Seattle, very volatile stock, have quarterly performance reviews so every 3 months there is a chance of layoff, not sure about the time on payroll in case of layoffs.

Reddit:

TC : 320K with 240K base and 80K equity for the first year, for the rest of the years equity gets decided by the performance

Complete remote, and better 401K plan as compared to both, not sure about any time on payroll in case of layoffs.

I know snap is paying way more, but tbh i am least interest to join there and I am confused between reddit and amazon, reddit base is more but for the first 2 years, amazon has more cash flow, and maybe a better name on resume.
Looking for advice and tips, please help!!!!

What to expect in a google team match call

As the title says, i am looking if any one can share their experience from the google team match call. What do they expect and do they ask anything technical or mostly just the projects and how the team's current work is?

Amazon Applied Scientist rejection

After 5 brutal loop interviews and 1 screening interview for the applied Scientist role, amazon sent an automated rejection at 10:30 pm. I am still not sure f i should believe it or it was sent by mistake as all my rounds went really well. I had good technical discussions and i have very relevant work experience as well.

Is this a possibility that it was sent by mistake and later the recruiter can come back with some good news or maybe some downlevel offer. Has anyone experienced this.

Google Interview results

I interviewed for Google L4 MLE position (US based) and got the results today. Recruiter called and told me that I got mixed feedback and they are okay to go to team match for L3 role.

I want to know if this is common or anyone else in the same boat. Also, is google even hire L3s now outside of university recruiting? Recruiter also mentioned that most of the L3 roles are reserved for interns and university grads.

If anyone has some experience dealing with this situation then please tell me what to do, and how can i help in finding teams.

Although L3 is not my ideal level, but i lost my job recently so i am looking for anything and google does sound great.
