After several phone calls getting nowhere with first tier and no way to escalate, i found online that submitting a complaint to bbb automagically generates an email to escalated service team.

It took me all of 10 mins and i got a response within two days. And they actually did something.

After several calls asking to escalate my complaint they refused.

It took me all of 10 minutes to file a complaint with bbb and escalation desk called in two days, and yes they can do that. If thats what it takes so be it.
