Hello everyone I was just looking for if anyone had any insight on retraining for the reserves side of things. I have already tried to talk to a few people on my base but they keep giving me the run around. I was looking to do new base and new job thank you. I should add that I have been in for about 5 years.
I have been trying to file but I have been waiting for my ex to give me an appropriate address so I will be able to. I asked him for a week and he eventually told me he filed. I called the courts they found nothing however after asking ChatGPT I found the paperwork online and noticed that he had filed back in early April. My ex has another partner and she has already met my kids. Which is why I was trying to hurry up and file. I am going to call the courts on Monday because he has had my address for over 5 months now and still chose not to serve me. Also we have not lived in Texas since October 2025 so I don’t understand while he would file there. Is there anything I can do to protect myself for right now? We both currently live in Missouri. I am completely heartbroken because I know the end of the marriage wasn’t ideal but I never would expect to be blind sided like this.
