Hi, I signed up to deliver on a bike about two or so weeks ago. I completed the background check and the next day I was activated. I was able to go online fairly quickly. I have just received an email to say my background check failed and that I will no longer be able to go online. I’m still able to go online.

I’m really hoping this is an error, because there should be no reason why my background check failed. I do have another account on a different email, but that one failed as I did the background check wrong and I was advised to create a new account. I can’t find support either, there’s no where in the app or the website where I can contact support. I’m really worried that this is official, even though I haven’t had a message come through on the app, only on my email.

Has anyone experienced this before? Thank you.

Would anyone know if I would get banned for getting a lot of level one/two warning banners? For example, if I got a warning banner and let it disappear, then got another one, would it somehow accumulate over time and would I get banned? Or do you need to have the level three banner consistently to get banned? Thanks.

I use Claude primarily for creative writing/roleplay and I just had a question. I’m aware of their usage policy about NSFW content, and I have gotten banners before which did go away. I was just wondering if I continued to add these scenes in now and then (occasionally, when it naturally comes up in the writing), would I eventually get banned? Should I start a new chat straight after to prevent it getting repeated in context? Does anyone else write NSFW consistently without any issues? I just don’t want to get banned, but I want to double check if I can include NSFW at all.
