I got a bonsai for my birthday last month. He was happy for a while on the windowsill (I live in the UK) and I follow the instructions which is soak when the top 2 CRM of soil is dry- but he's shedding leaves a lot and the new growth I saw has died off.
Any ideas?

I work for a finance shared services and our SOPs are all word documents that I find a nightmare getting people to take seriously when reviewing and updating. I'm pretty sure half are out of date even though someone has ticked the box "reviewed".
I think there's better ways of keeping SOPs- perhaps videos, replace some with visio process maps.... But problem will always be it needing people to maintain.
Just wondering how SOPs are at your workplaces? Useful, cared about?
What do you think the future of SOPs is?
