Have you had a landlord that kept the heating too low, didn’t fix issues you reported, let the apartment fall apart? The Ithaca Tenants Union is holding a habitability hearing on May 16th at 1 pm to hear stories from renters who have lived in poor/unsafe conditions. Come share your experiences! This will be used to pressure our elected officials to increase enforcement of housing laws and hold landlords accountable.
