bought it at 80k miles, change catalytic converter, exhaust system, changed struts and suspension, oil change, what else should i do other than coolant and where could i buy the best items/parts. sitting close to 84k and rpm flutters when i release acceleration and when cruising very slight but noticeable enough if paying attention?

is this a good method?

when city lights are used the left big bulb does not work but when on highway lights it’s works fine, does anybody know the reasoning and what diy method works
