Anyone else having to deal with swollen nuts?

That’s lug nuts of course. Took my ‘23 GT in for new tires, they couldn’t get the “swollen” nuts off so had to take it to Discount Tire first to get new nuts.

Same thing happened to a Ford I used to own.

(Why couldn’t the Sam’s Club tire center handle this themselves? No F-ing clue)

Stuck valve on water heater; is there anything I can do to release it?

Basic stuck water valve…would removing that nut at the top do anything beneficial?

Edit if it looks shiny that’s because I added a little 3-in-1. It’s not leaking water from the valve.

Is this weird? One AirPod dead, the other fully charged.

I barely use them, and never separately. They were sitting out of the case for a couple hours, that’s all.

Trump drives across Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool to inspect blue coating he's adding

Whatever "friend visiting from Germany, who he said told [djt] the water in the pool was dark, filthy, and looked disgusting" should have his wienerschnitzel cut off.

Hope this crap comes out easy in a couple years. And the $7 mill illegal contract revoked.

Basically I efiled and gave them a bank account to withdraw from; by late afternoon of tax day they hadn't taken the money (from several days earlier), so I mailed a check (from a different account) at the last minute to avoid any penalties. Finally on the 18th or 19th they took the money from the first account. Once they cash the check (which of course hasn't happened yet) I will have paid double.

What do I do? Some sources say file an amended return; others say no, just wait for them to find the extra and send it back automatically.

If I should file an amended return, do I do it now, or wait for that check to clear? If they try to process the amended return before the check clears, I would think it's going to fail...

*Note I was filing for a deceased relative, which is why I thought the EFT might have failed.
