Do people really use this much toilet paper?

According to a bunch of sites and AI, people use in average 85-141 rolls of toilet paper every single year, per person! I (M32) was shocked looking into this. I’m frugal and a buy standard mid brand toilet paper and go through a roll about every month, maybe. If you account for rolls I use outside the house we are at maybe 1.5 rolls per month max.

For females I’m sure it’s higher for obvious reasons but this number seems outrageous. What am I missing?
