Susan’s Dismissive Art Teacher

Rewatching and I got to the episode where Susan is trying to get into that bald guy’s painting class and he’s being a dismissive asshole talking about how she had no depth or trauma. Meanwhile Susan’s traumas include but are not limited too:
Her friend killing herself
Her husband’s son pulling a gun on her
Trying to negotiate her life away when her daughter is held hostage by a shooter
Finding out her biological father was alive and was a piece of shit that tried to sleep with her
Her accidentally killing a mother and child in a car wreck
Her husband pushed her down the stairs while withdrawing from a pill addiction
A mentally ill killer chasing her through the woods to kill her son
The father of her child dying violently and suddenly
Katherine stabbing herself to get Mike arrested
Her kidneys being stomped on in a riot

Just saying Susan is not great with confrontation but she really should’ve told that guy off

The Baby Switch Plot

They did such a phenomenal job casting what would be Carlos’s biological daughter and then they tell the viewer that Juanita isn’t even related to them by blood. It’s seriously my least favorite plot on the show and they don’t even handle it that well because they never even bring Grace or Juanita’s status up ever again after Carlos yells at her about it? It’s just a huge status quo shifting event and it pans out to be a glorified filler plot.

How would the plot change if someone had a ring doorbell

So much wild shit happens on Wisteria Lane. Sometimes someone will commit a crime, outside, on the street and no one happens to be outside. What plot points would go down differently if any character had a camera on their door.

Lynette should’ve divorced Tom for being dishonest

Tom having a secret child was treated like this “well at least he’s not cheating” type of thing when he still did something horrible to Lynette. She was completely blindsided by Nora and Kayla’s arrival. How much longer did Tom plan to lie about something so important? If he’s willing to lie about that what else is he willing to lie about? If I were Lynette I would’ve took the kids and ran because I would not be able to trust him after that.

Question about 4351 Wisteria Lane

The Applewhite’s had a sketchy room designed to keep Caleb trapped. Did Bob and Lee ever have any comments on a dungeon being in their house? Was it removed before the house was sold?
