So back in february I applied to a consulting firm in the Machine Learning area. I went through all the interviews and then they said that I was on the final stage to work with a big insurance company and that they would contact me in the following week with a proposal (or in case I didn't get the job, they would also contact me).

A week passed and I got no response from them. I tried to contact the recruiter but I got an automatic reply saying she was OOO for the followiung month. Since I got no reply I just assumed I had been ghosted by the company and moved on.

Three months later, that same recruiter contacted me asking if I was still interested in the job and that the client had decided to close the opening and now had decided that they wanted to open it back up and that I was still the top applicant. That was enough of a red flag for me to politely decline.

O que acham? Seria uma boa oportunidade ou ficamos com o meio campo demasiado saturado?
