One of our flatmates is moving out, so we’re looking for a replacement for a room in our 3BHK semi-furnished independent gated apartment in Anjaiah Nagar Road, Gachibowli — right opposite SLN Terminus, very close to Sarath City Mall, and super well-connected to offices, cafes, and all major areas.
📅 Looking for someone who can shift in by 6th June.

* 3BHK semi-furnished apartment in a gated building
* 24x7 security
* AC in all rooms
* 3 balconies in the flat
* Fully set-up kitchen
* Chill flatmates + chill owner 😌
* No restrictions on friends/family coming over
* Only restriction: No pets
🛏️ Room Details:
* Semi-furnished private AC room
* Attached balcony + attached washroom
* Cupboards, fan, lights, and AC included
* Double bed available (currently rented via RentoMojo) — optional for the new person to continue using by paying the rent amount
💰 Monthly Costs:
* Room Rent: ₹17,333
* Maintenance: ₹1,000/person
* Cook: ₹2,000/person
* Maid: ₹1,333/person
* Fridge + Sofa + Washing Machine + TV (RentoMojo): ₹1,236/person
* Electricity: Split equally among 3
* Livpure Water Purifier Recharge: ~₹529/person (every 2–3 months)
* Wi-Fi (Jio): ₹2,000/person for 6 months
* Gas Cylinder (Super Gas): ~₹600/person per cylinder
🛒 House Expenses:
We usually buy groceries and other common household essentials together, and the cost is split equally among the three flatmates.
💸 One-Time Costs:
* Brokerage: ₹13,000 (non-refundable) — can usually be recovered from your next replacement
* Security Deposit: ₹30,000 (refundable while vacating/through next replacement)
* Setup Cost (Kitchen + Livpure setup): ₹2,000
