First time flyer on wizz air, I’ve got 20kg checked luggage, can I still check in online or do I have to check in at the airport?

Hello there everyone, I’ve applied for the Specialist Customer Services Advisor role with HMRC and have made it to the final stage interview. Is this role any different from a normal advisor role or is it all the same? If it’s different to the normal advisor role and a little more senior, does the pay reflect this as it says from £28016 per year. It does say that I’ll be dealing with all sorts of enquiries from customers during probation and that after probation I’ll be moved into a specialised role? Is anyone in this role and can they tell me how it is? If I pass the final stage it’ll be my first time in the civil service hence the number of questions :)
