Hotteok 호떡 my first time trying to use the box recipe. Next time I definitely will make them smaller. Off camera I made one with green onions and truffle oil and was so delicious 😋.

Mul-naengmyeon 물냉면

Definitely needed korean mustard, green onions and radish water kimchi to elevate the dish. Overall though it was good. Today here in Seattle it is 88°F and 냉면 was definitely a necessity. Stay cool out there folks and stay hydrated 😎

Arih Ramyun 아리 truffle bulgogi flavor

I bought everything flavor of the Arih Ramyun. They noodles been gaining popularity in the media with association with BTS new album Arirang. Each flavor is to replicate each members taste I believe idk. In any case I've jumped on the band wagon because I love BTS and I love korean food even convenience store food. This flavor if a subtle truffle flavor with a hint of spice. Pairs quite well with kimchi.

From my research korean curry rice is somewhat similar to Japanese curry. The key differences are Japanese has a more sweeter curry and has a more brownish red in color curry. Whereas korean curry rice has similar vegetables but on the more savory side, has a bit spicer flavor profile and is a more yellow curry. I pulled together my warming spices and tried to create the closet to a korean beef curry I could. The flavor is very rounded and somewhat spicy. The addition of kimchi in the bite is out of this world delicious! Well this will my creative bug doing her best to make some wonderful from my lessons learned in korean cooking. Give it a try i hope you all like it! Happy cooking!
