I ran out of memes so I will show this procedure on the example of a discord message

Step 1: load up photopea and the image
Step 2: select the selection tool (image 2)
Step 3: once you know what to do with the text, start editing, select the first letter then copy and paste it (image 3)
Step 4: select the move tool (image 4)
Step 5: move the letter
Step 6: flatten the layer stack, select the top letter and click "Merge down" (images 5 and 6)
Step 7: repeat for all the letters
Step 8: copy and paste the text, so it's in the right place, then remove the text you coppied like you would with any tumor

That's the basic procedure, we will expand on it in the next lessons, in the meantime here's the exercise:

see the last image? replace the baked potato with the word "panda" or "pandas", share the result in the comments! (also don't use this knowledge for misinformation... OK?)

This method words best everywhere where the one presented last time fails

The method relies on using the smudge tool, that's why it needs to be used carefully to not distort the colors

I think it will be best if you watch the video of me performing the surgery

the last step of using the sharpen and blur tool is optional but recommended

when working with partially transparent tumors (like for example ui) it might also be beneficial to use the sponge tool to clear-out the area beforehand (the sponge tool is a variant of the doge tool, which appears under the smudge/blur/sharpen tool)

exercise: remove the tumor from the image I post in the comments (I can't add it directly to my post)

Firstly, I'm rlly sorry for not posting lessons for a while, but I forgor about the series, ok? (please don't liquidate me for it)

Now let's get straight into it, this tumor removal method is great for:

-clouds and the sky
-far-away elements of the landscape like trees
-unevenly colored pieces of the image (including ones created due to poor compression)
-other objects with a predictable texture

So here's how you do it:

Step 1: load up photopea and your image (image 1)
Step 2: zoom into the tumor and cover it using the brush tool and the color picker tool, start from the sides so that the colors meet in the middle and add some imperfections (image 2)
Step 3: select the blur tool (image 3)
Step 4: use the blur tool on the image until it's good enough
Step 5: repeat steps 2-3 on parts of the tumor that don't look right, until it's good
Step 6: use the smudge tool as a last touch but don't overdue it (image 4)

you just repeat that for all of the tumors

Exercise: remove the tumors from the patient on image number 5, post the result in the comments
