After finishing the story, Homura said that she doesn't want to wear it during battles because those glasses that she brought with Madoka and Mami are precious to her and don't want them to get destroyed. So she only wears the glasses during hangouts with Madoka and Mami.

So, I was like thinking if she still kept the glasses after she resets that timeline
